 abstract={The main objective of this paper is to present some morpho-syntactical aspects of Libro de guisados, manjares y potages, a work by a 16th-century Catalan chef, Robert de Nola, published in 1549, a copy of which is in the collection of P. Dunin-Wolski in Krakow. The work consists of two main parts. The first is the presentation of Bishop Piotr Dunin-Wolski, Robert Nola and their respective works. The second part comprises the analysis and interpretation of the nominal inflection phenomena documented in the Libro.},
