 abstract={The article revolves around the distribution of the compound forms of the subjunctive mood (haya cantado, hubiere cantado and hubiera~-se cantado) in Latin-American Spanish in the 18th and 19th centuries. Based on the data extracted from the CORDE and CORDIAM corpora, the changes in the frequency of use of these forms are analyzed and attention is drawn to the importance of the processes that occurred in the 19th century in the subsystem of the compound tenses of the subjunctive mood.},
